Jubilee is the other girls team with us, so they get the privilege of going second! Disclaimer: I gave them time to send me a good picture, and if they chose not to, then I got to choose whatever picture I wanted! This is the same for all the team posts.

Here is Jubilee:

What can I say about Jubilee as a team? They are known for their long team times (I think the longest was 3 hours!), absolutely wild personalities, and their ability to turn literally everything into a party! Let’s just say one intrudes on their team times at their own risk…

Let’s start with Abeni:

Abeni and I like to say we’re basically the same person. She’s always up for adventure, always ready to serve, and always has the capacity to pour into her friendships and build new relationships. She’s taught me a lot about how important it is to have a friend to talk everything (the good, the hard, and the ridiculous) through!

Here’s Emilee:

Emilee is my forgettable friend (an inside joke, I don’t actually forget about her!) who loves to watch Euchre games. She has a sense of humor that she loves to share and a sense of responsibility so strong that it surprises me every time. She’s taught me the value of being around people who make you (and themselves) laugh all the time!

Here’s Ashley:

Ashley is a little ray of sunshine wherever she goes, whether it’s during ministry, watching movies, or during deep conversations. Her joy is so evident, no one can mistake it for anything other than the joy of the Lord! She’s taught me how to get excited over the little things!

Here’s Sophie:

Sophie and I have had a bond that started ever since she and her parents invited me to lunch on the first day of Training Camp, because my name was easy to remember😆 She has a joke for every occasion, but tells everything like she’s extremely serious about it, and the contrast makes everything even more funny! She’s taught me a lot about thinking seriously about things, but still leaving it to God.

Here’s Esme:

Esme is similar to Sophie in how she tells jokes, but her sense of humor is still uniquely her own (I’ll never forget all your animal “facts”, Esme). She is so good at celebrating and uplifting people, you can’t help but try to do the same! She taught me how to be silly but serious at the same time.

Here’s Clara:

Clara seems like the sweetest person you’ve ever met (and she is!) but it hides her completely random and spontaneous, but also well thought through, personality (her pet chicken, Muhammed, is proof of this). Clara taught me how much joy can be found in small things (like a pet chicken😆).

Here’s Maggie Claire:

Maggie Claire is always willing to go the extra mile for a person, and will make you laugh the whole time. She’s intelligent, thoughtful, and apparently loves to be roasted by me. She’s taught me how it looks to love doing things with people because they love doing them.

Here’s their leader, Libby:

Libby was my cooking partner in Heidelberg and she made a usually stressful thing so much fun! Libby carries peace wherever she goes, but still manages to be such a fun person. I’ve learned how to sit quietly and listen when someone speaks from Libby.

And that’s Jubilee!
